Had a wonderful time here for dinner with friends. The atmosphere is elegant, but fairly casual. Plenty of room for large parties in big booths that seem to seat 7 or two private to semi-private rooms. There are also a row of 2 seater banquettes perfect for a little face to face with your sweetie. The hostess was welcoming and our server helped make the experience delightful with excellent recommendations and a thorough knowledge of wines and specials, very friendly and attentive, but not intrusive.
Great selection of salads and sandwiches at lunch (which I've had before), but their entrees really stand out. The pot roast seemed like it had been slow cooked for hours and had a great homemade flavor. The Gumbo, while not quite authentic, was full of fresh tasting seafood and sausage. We also tried the 16oz Ribeye with an AMAZING twice baked potato umm umm umm and the Sea Scallops with asparagus risotto that was cooked to perfection. Dessert consisted of an OH MY GOD pumpkin pie, sin

I can't help but love this place! It's exactly where I want to be after a long week and I finally have a chance together with my food and wine loving buddies. The atmosphere is excellent, you won't find anywhere else like in the city. Deffinately sit outside (there are heaters). Admittedly the entrees are a bit lacking, in fact I've never been thrilled with any of them. But the apps and desserts are fabulous. There is a great selection of oysters and a good fruits de mer plate, the baked formage, while simple, is very yummy. Great wine list and a knowledgeable staff who will happily tell you about any your uncertain of. Coming here really makes you feel like you've gotten away, even if only for an hour or two

What a great time!! Often in places where entertainment is the largest draw, the food tends to suffer. However this lively spot is quite the exception. The small plates are individually cared for in their preperation and presentation. Servers are sassy, but effecient and you can't help but cheer louder when your server performs. Even the bartenders are charming and entertaining. Not a dull moment to be had here. Great for visitors or large get togethers (in which case check out the prix fixe) or just something different for you and your mate

Kind of cramped and noisy, but the tasty food made up for it, especially the sweet and delicate seascallops. The price is a bit steep for what it is. There are plenty of places, even in the vicinity, with an overall better value and equally yummy food

A unique roof top spot great for cocktails and having fun. The main dining room has great ambiance and an alluring feel. However to food was not exceptional and the service not good. I'd go again for the roof top fun, but I'll spend my money dining else where
