I was going with a pregnant woman, so we didnt' want to stand around. I called first and was told 20 mins. When we got there we were told 20 mins. We didn't get seated for an hour and a half! Things just went downhill from there. The waitress wouldn't help us with the menu, just said 'everything's great'. Then one appetizer came out. But none of the rest. So we shared it and then the entrees came out. They were okay, but we all felt like we ordered the wrong thing. After the dished were cleared and we had been waiting forever for attention from our server, she came over and said "did you get your food yet?' I think this is the worst service in my long life of eating out.

The food is actually pretty overpriced and only fair in quality but I love to chill in the garden and sip coffee. SF needs more places like this, but with better food!

This place in on my way home from work and I love to stop in for a cuban press sandwich. The vibe is total coffee shop hang out, plus there is a super hottie that pours the cofee!
