I think the only plus factor of this restaurant is its location especially this summer where you can eat out and bask in the sun while people-watching. But the food is not that great and it is pricey.

I like old fashioned, not so fancy restaurants with good food and service. Sinbads meet my standards with a plus of the great view of the bay. Their furniture and carpet are old-looking, but overall, I liked the ambiance of the place. Their halibut champignon was fresh and delicious, I didn't mind paying $23.50 because I really enjoyed it.
