“ Best hidden gem in Chinatown. Since I work in the Financial district, I dine here at least once a week for lunch. The place is runned by the husband and wife themselves, so unlike other restaurants in Chinatown, this place is kept clean, no sticky floors or tables. This place has good Hunan food with strong, wok-style flavor but without the extra oil you find in most other restaurants. My favorite is Spicy Fresh Garlic Beef (or chicken) which is slices of beef stir-fried with chopped leeks, onions and garlic. This dish is tasty and not oily. My other favorites are the Curry Chiken and Wonton soup. The portions are huge and most dishes are under $5. ”
