“ Kams is very "chinese" with hanging lanterns and chinese motifs. A very delicious not-to-miss item here is their Foil wrapped Chicken. Yum!! Their beef in Oyster Sauce is tender and delicious as well as their signature Kams Chicken, which comes weighing in at .. a lot! The portions are generous and the prices are right. The Balboa Theater is right near by, so its possible to make an evening out of this location! ”
