“ The remodel on this old Half Moon Bay Inn is spectacular, although all the hard surfaces in the restaurant produce more noise than I like. Service is very friendly, but somewhat amateurish. Their menu has an interesting selection, many items, with no particular theme. Their signature seafood chowder is delicious. Salads sound better than they taste. The chicken caponata has a great list of ingredients, but tastes like it was made earlier in then day and then served out of the refrigerator. The patio outside is lovely and the if you sit near a heater/fireplace, you're warm enough even here on the coast. cocktails are good. prices are fair. ”
