| “ Good for some late night eats, with several locations. Fried rice (pineapple, duck, crab...) is all good. Oh and #15, I forget the name but it's way delicious. Had some of my friend's curry last time and it was tasty as well. Best part is that it's near my local watering hole, The 540 Club, where they kindly let you eat your King of thai, so long as you clean up your own mess. They are also really quick about making your food, especially for to go orders.

| “ How could you deny it's lavender radiance? ... King of thai is the place I go to when I'm either a) hungover, b) have a death cold, or c) starving for huge gluttonous portions that will send me directly into outerspace. I always have a hard time just picking one. Among my favorites: a number twenty-one (choice of meat with basil and spices over a mountain of rice, and I get it with a fried egg on top), a seventeen (flat rice noodles sauteed with green beans, thai chili, and basil and choice of meat), a forty-three (deep fried boneless chicken on fried rice with wondrous sweet and sticky sauce), an eleven (choice of noodle with roast pork and yao choy vegetables in a clear chicken broth). The service is decent and the chefs are quick. ”

If you're craving for some quick, easy, and flavorful thai noodles or fried rices then this is the spot. Prices are reasonable too. MMmmm duck fried rice.... ”

| “ i usually go to the one on 6th & clement but this one just a few blocks away is just as good. i LOVE their #14--thick rice noodles w/ veggies in broth. it's great TO GO 'cause they separate the soup from the noodles. friendly service, good food at a great price! ”

| “ Hole in the wall decor, very fast service, cheap, open very late, and extremely tasty. I go often to feed my addiction to their duck fried rice. It's truly amazing, greasy and super flavorful, you won't regret it. Very good late-night quick fix alternative to diner food. ”

| “ King of thai is a fantastic find! They serve up the best green papaya salad anywhere, and everything else is fabulous too! The fact that they're open until 2am is certainly a plus, but they're the best ANYTIME! In addition to being great tasting King of thai's food is super reasonable! ”
