“ Beautiful space with the best looking communal table I have seen. Sadly half full on a Friday night, not sure this place will make it as beautiful as it is and how much love is evident from the kitchen...
So we arrived to an over aggressive waiter who made us feel as if he was trying to turn us throughout the meal and interupted conversation over and over to get us to order. He made sure as to tell us all about the Michelin star and worked an upsale on wine and the chefs special, really pushing it, to the point that we didn't order it just because.
the food was well conceived but lacking in separation of all the complex elements. This was the story across the board on dish after dish, seafood lacking in an essential briteness and meat dishes under seasoned taking the possibility of spectacular dining down to just ok...I would say this could be an off night- but rather- think that this is the nature of the kitchen great ideas beautifully presented -nothing to write home about! ”
