“ I love this place! I've had almost every type of dumpling that they offer here, and they are all good. I use my chopsticks to dump them lovingly onto a spoon so I don't accidentally lose any of the juice inside of them. It's amazing how the the dumpling skin can hold the juices inside, and it really bums me out when I manage to let it escape before getting to my spoon. The onion pancakes are good, and the sweet soy is a nice way to neutralize the grease. Their is also this doughy glutenous fried meat puff (#5 I believe) which is also very greasy greasy good. *The second "greasy" is not a typo. The stir fried Shanghai noodles are just as delicious as their soupy noodles. The service has always been good, and they all seem very cheerful in my experience. They even have those nice bio-degradable take home boxes for the environmentally conscious! Almost everything I've had there has been good, from lion's head meatballs to chicken with sticky rice in the gigantro clay potty like ”
