“ I met a friend for lunch at my first cuban food experience and I really enjoyed it. I ordered the steak entree, with grilled onions $11. They use Niman ranch organic beef, its marinated in a delicious light marinade with a hints of lime (photo below). I also tried the slow roasted pork, it was super tender and packed full of flavor. I'll definitely have to come back and try more from this family run restaurant, the menu has a nice range that is sure to please. ”

“ Great lunch place in the Financial District Lunch Food Corridor that is Kearny Street. Small space with nice, clean atmosphere and friendly staff. I've only ever ordered the "cubano" sandwich (Niman roast pork, ham, pickles, mayo and mustard) - hot pressed on a roll. I have constant cravings for this sandwich! My colleagues have ordered other items from the menu, and I've never heard of a bad dish. I'm tempted to try other items myself, but I NEED that cubano! Also, get a can of Materva (some Mate-flavored soda?) - never seen it elsewhere. I bit pricey for a sandwich, but it'll definitely fill you up. ”
