American Diner

“ This is a normal, non-gourmet place to eat when you're not in the mood nor have the "ka-ching" in your wallet for the expensive Yountville restaurants.
Think family owned American Diner with a better wine list.
Bambie & me had a good lunch with 2 glasses of wine. Minestrone soup was mild, fresh, flavorful. $5 for a BIG bowl. We shared an crispy Iceberg lettuce wedge with a very good home made bleu cheese dressing. We finished up with a trio of grilled vegetables, polenta, & a generous 1/2 plate of nachos (Yes a weird but fun combination).
With generous tip for the friendly & efficient waitress I spent $45. It was money well spent. ”
