“ Tiny size bakery located inside the antiques mall just south of Sebastapol. They make just a few items. Specialties are:
*Chocolate Tarts
*Pizzette (Personal size hand made pizza)
*Sfogliata - "Leaves" in italian
There is coffee and a few bottled soft drinks in the cooler.
There are 4 tiny cafe tables to sit and enjoy your snack.
The Sfogliata are a buttery rich pastry filled with a ricotta cheese & almond paste. Size: One handful, Weight: 7 ounces. Genuine Sfogliata use a phyllo pastry dough to make the many leaves. The one made here is more or a "Caracola". You can unwind the pastry shell like a ball-of-yarn. Fun!
The pastry is crunchy on the outside, soft & creamy on the inside. Price = $2.50. Tastes Good! ”
