“ I love their seitan sandwich with everything on it. I'm that weird quasi veggie who likes faux food. The seitan sandwich is hearty and filling, and who can pass up fries on the side. I always get my food to go. I'm not a fan of the slightly, or more than slightly grubby interior. ”

“ Too be honest, I've never had an actual Philly cheese steak from Jay's (although I hear they're tasty but not "authentic"). I have had the chicken cheese steak, though, and can attest to it being one of the most delicious sandwiches to ever cross my lips. Matched up with a piping hot basket of french fries- this is one of the finest meals to be had around these parts. ”

“ I like their cheesesteaks because they aren't the classic - meat, cheese and bread. They have lots of toppings and their mushroom steak is yum. They also have a good vegetarian option, which I know is blasphemy for cheesesteak lovers, but it is good! ”

“ i like this place. if you want to take home something kinda greasy to eat in front of the TV it is a good option. don't expect to be wowed, but it fills the void for fast food. i'm also a fan of the onion rings. certainly a better option than popeye's for those who live in the western addition. ”
