“ Sometimes walking around the City, I feel adventurous and pop into random spots for a quick bite...it's like gambling, sometimes you win sometimes you lose. This time I broke even...the interior looks like a bare bones place which was packed, so I just grabbed an order of shu mai, hargow and shrimp and chive dumplings. Shu mai was average, the hargow was below, and the shrimp/chive dumplings were decent. I wouldn't go back, too many decent spots, but if you don't try, you'll never find that new jewel in the rough. ”

“ When you want to be ignored AND try bland chinese food, try this place. The service was non-existant. The staff abruptly took our order, and when we had finished did not take away the left-overs. For 25 minutes, the whole staff sat at the back of the restaurant and ate their dinner. I know this is common in chinese restaurants, but usually someone keeps an eye on the customers. (you would hope)Having lived in China and Taiwan, I expect better food as well. ”

“ Immediately after your teeth penetrate the cooked prawn, and your taste buds start to decipher and decode the multitude of flavors is when that certain off taste of the shrimp hits you. That flavor of what should be a slightly sweet, unmistakable shrimp flavor is suddenly being replaced by the taste and sense that what you have just chewed into is a little too old, just starting to expose the ammonia taste. You are at a crossroads where you need to make that split second decision to keep chewing and swallow or eject the food substance out of your body��.That was the feeling that I got here. All I wanted was a bowl of Wor Won Ton, and what I got was a disappointing feeling that I was getting the bottom of the shrimp bucket for lunch today. Maybe after today's fish delivery the lunch quality will get better, but with the number of other Won Ton Soup factories in the city, I doubt I will return. So service or pricing is moot at this point! ”
