Great place for 2 or 20. This place is an award winner family run place in an area known for tourist food. Go here for a nice night out. Review #20881

One of my favorite places overall for taking a date. Quaint little family owned restaurant, romantic and intimate with candle lit dining. The place is usually pretty quiet and it's easy to have a conversation. The tapas are great and filling enough to where I never have to order an entree. My favorite are the empanadas. The sangria is awesome and nothing less than a pitcher will do. Occasionally, I've seen a guitarist playing there which adds to the romantic setting. Price is in the medium range. Review #14198

I really enjoy dining at Alegrias. My suggestion is to skip the main courses and splurge on a variety of tapas, specifically the hot tapas. Order the shrimps in garlic and butter, the stuffed pimientos and patatas bravas. For dessert, you will definitely love the flambe crepes. I've been to Barcelona and Valencia and I can safely say that the tapas served here are up to par with the ones in Spain. Enjoy! Review #5963

Great tapas and mojitos. Kind of pricey for a full meal, but great if you really want to just share small tastes with others and drink. Nice decor and good service. Review #4795

What a wonderful way to dine...nibbly bits throughout the night. I couldn't wait to go to Spain and try the tapas after dining here. Lots of wonderful and tasty choices. Review #1383
