“ Maybe dim sum is just not for me. I have only really enjoyed it at a location that's not really known for dim sum (Shanghi 1930... also Mayflower is good) . Do most places use lots of preservatives or something? I seem to get a little sick feeling after I eat dim sum, except for the place I mentioned. Like Wayne said we stumbled in here on our morning walk and had an early brunch. Started with the shrimp dumplings, which were very sticky but flavorful and the shrimp was fresh. Pot stickers were huge, Wayne seemed to like them but I'm not a fan in general of pot stickers. The stuffed mushrooms were good and the sauce was rich and flavorful, winner! We also ordered the Orange Beef, which was very disappointing, no orange peel or zest in the sauce, it was a red syrup sauce which was way too sweet and tasted like it was out of a jar. The service was very friendly and the prices low, $17 for two. I can't recommend as I do not wish to return. ”

“ NOTE: I'm (DIM) when it comes to dim sum. Angela and I wondered in here on our morning walk, the place seemed clean enough. The nice friendly staff promptly greeted us; the room has what appears to be the menu written on the walls, since it's written in characters (chinese I guess). I enjoyed the dim sum with the shrimp on the inside, and the pot stickers were ok, the shape of them were square, and I'm use to the (Taco shape) or the (roll of penny's) shape, anyhow they tasted good. I like that they have the dim sum order sheets that you tick off what you want, provided you know what all those name's mean. Overall I'm just neutral, I wasn't overly impressed on any front. On a positive note, I think this place caters mainly to an all-chinese audience, which is good right? ”

“ Good food, friendly staff, good prices. Fresh clean ingredients. The take out is also very good. Try the (fresh) lobster in black bean sauce and the minced chicken corn soup. Both excellent and well priced dishes. ”
