“
A good place to get fresh cheese. They have a good selection of spices and food from around the mediterranean. A nice wine selection and fresh pasta.”
“Huge flirts since I can remember. As a child they used to lure me with their bread sticks and now I keep coming back for their prices and that awesome ravioli and meat sauce. ”
“I love Lucca's raviloi's. The ravioli's are a Christmas staple with my family. The sandwiches are good, made with just meat and cheese, no veggies. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The sauces and breads are, also, good and fresh.

“My 2nd italiandeli choice, 1st is Molinari in North Beach. Lucca does have parking so props for that. Lucca is not as earthy smelling as Molinari. Lucca has a better wine selection. I like the bulk tortellini at Lucca better. Molinari's sausage is more flavorful. Molinari's ravioli is better, so are the sandwiches. Price-wise the places are equals. I manage to spend $100 at either place every time I go in. Both deserve your regular business.”
“It's an italian market that also makes sandwiches. The sandwiches have fantastic meat, but don't ask for veggies - they ain't got any. Great selection of italian food, though - sausages and ravioli and whatnot.”
“Choose your meat and cheese by looking at it. If you order a sandwich with "everything", you get bread, with meat and cheese on it, and packets of mayo and mustard. Reminds me of delis when I was a kid: you take a number, step up to the glass case, and point to the salted, cured meat that looks the best to you! It's also a great place to get italian ingredients, such as canned anchovies, artichoke hearts, and olives.”
